Short answer: after we welcomed you at the Festival in Wittenberg! Follow the “Learn” page (and the next ones) to see what options are offered. These lists will grow as time gets closer and we publish more and more details. The final list will be published in the program book. For smaller groups we might not need any kind of pre-choice. Only if seats are limited numbered tickets will be passed out (for free, just to count participants) at the welcome in Wittenberg. The German organsiers have a lot of experience from other Gatherings how to handle such processes at the Welcome. Also the bus trips can be booked after your arrival.
